Your plan is set by how many practitioners are actively billing through Practishare — reception, admin and owner logins don't count, and there's no extra charge for connecting more clinic locations or businesses to the same account. As practitioners come and go, your plan tracks the number automatically.

Pricing FAQ

Is this per-seat or flat?
Flat. Your plan is a band based on your active practitioner count (up to 10, 11–20, 21–30), not a per-practitioner multiplier — adding a practitioner within your band costs nothing extra.
What counts as an active practitioner?
Anyone Practishare is running settlements for — owners, admins and reception logins used to review runs don't count toward the number.

Do I need Xero?
Yes — practitioner settlements are pushed to Xero as bills or invoices, with GST and ABNs handled correctly. See Accounting integrations for details.
